Can I cancel or change my order before I receive it?
Order changes and cancellations can only be accepted if the item has not yet been processed by our fulfilment team. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking reference.
It will not be possible to change or cancel the order after it has been processed and shipping confirmation is sent.
Can I return unused products for a refund?
You can request a refund if you have changed your mind within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You will then have another 14 days to return the product(s) after the request is acknowledged.
To be eligible for a refund, the products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging. We can not accept returns if the seals have been broken because of hygiene concerns.
You will be responsible for any postage cost for returning the product. Your refund (minus any delivery fee) will be processed after we receive the products back.
Can I get a refund after using a product?
90 Day Guarantee - Hair Growth Sets Only :
Although many of our customers are seeing amazing results, our hair growth sets can take time to work and on rare occasions, will not work for some. This can be the case if there are underlying medical issues or bad haircare practices that have not been addressed.
With our 90 day money back guarantee, we will refund your purchase if you have used the set correctly and consistently for at least 90 days, but there is no visible improvement to your hair.
To claim, please include the following in an email to Hello@FullBloomBeauty.com
- Your order number, date of order, name and address to verify your order.
- Provide at least one picture taken before you started using the product. The picture must be digitally time stamped with a date that is after the order was received and 90 days before claim was started
- Provide at least one picture taken after 90 days of using the project consistently. The picture must be digitally time stamped with a date that is at least 90 days after your order was received but no more than 180 days after.
- Description of your experience with the products any other relevant info for the claim
We will then contact you to confirm that your refund has been issued or if we need any further details to process the claim

Contact us if you have any issues with your order and we will do our best to help. As opened products can not be resold for health and safety reasons, we reserve the right to decline a refund depending on the circumstances.
